Australia's First 6 Star Green Star Rated School

Tony Madden Architects is proud to have provided Lead Consultant/Architecture services to help facilitate the delivery of Australia's first 6 Star Green Star – Design & As Built school on behalf of the Townsville Catholic Education Office.

St Benedict's School, Shaw, now boasts facilities which represent World Leadership in sustainable construction.

Tony Madden Architects proudly provided a full range of architectural services from site master planning through to Contract administration services for a traditionally procured building contract. The greenfield site, located in Shaw, was developed to accommodate 250

students as part of stage 1 works.

We are grateful for the opportunity to have been involved in such a ground-breaking project and are proud of the work completed by all members of the wider consultant, client and contractor teams.
